微型固体脉冲推力器工作过程参数影响分析

         

摘要

微型脉冲推力器工作过程瞬态性强, 传热过程具有高耦合性的特点. 本文利用移动网格模型对推力器整个工作过程进行了二维非稳态模拟.分别计算了不同点火药量下以及不同喷管打开控制压力下的内弹道过程,分析了点火药量等参数对内弹道的影响. 通过计算壳体绝热和耦合传热两种状态下的流动,分析了不同传热条件对推力器性能的影响. 最后,将仿真结果与推力器试车数据进行对比,指出影响推力器内弹道预估准确性的因素.%Solid impulsive microthruster bears transient property on the working process, and has coupled character on heat transfer.In the paper, 2-D transient simulation is carried on the working process of microthruster by dynamic mesh model.Interior ballistics process is calculated with different a-morce quantity and different unbolted pressure of nozzle, and the influence of amorce quantity on interior ballistics is analysed.Through calculating the flow in the conditions of shell heat insulation and coupled heat transfer, the influences of different heat transfer conditions on microthruster performance are ana-lyzed.At last, the result of simulation is contrasted with experimental data, and the matter of accuracy to forecast interior ballistics is pointed out.
