非对称充液下两栖飞机水箱结构承载特性研究

         

摘要

In view of problems of Fluid-Structure interaction,a numerical simulation has been carried by the SPH-FEM method.At first,for this analysis model the fluid domain is modeled by SPH formulation and the tank is discretized by finite elements,an example is given to verify the rationality of the model.And then,based on the numerical model,taking an amphibian tank as the research object,the fluid-structure coupling between the tank and fluid is studied with varied proportional fluid and the stress of the tank is analyzed.The results shows that when the overload of the fluid domain is 2.5 g,the load of the asymmetric-filling tank is trebling of the symmetric-filling tank,and the fluid movement in the asymmetric-filling tank is more violent.In this paper,the study of the load on tank structure of varied proportional fluid has great reference value on the engineering design of the amphibian tank.%针对结构物与液体之间的相互耦合问题,运用光滑粒子流体动力学方法(SPH)耦合有限元方法(FEM)对问题进行了数值模拟.首先利用SPH粒子模拟水域并建立结构物有限元模型,通过仿真算例验证了模型的合理性,然后基于数值模型,以某型水陆两栖飞机的水箱结构为研究对象,对不同充液情况下水箱结构与箱内液体之间的相互耦合问题进行了研究,分析了水箱主要结构的应力情况.结果表明:在给定水域2.5g的过载下,非对称充液下水箱分界隔板承受的载荷为对称充液时水箱分界隔板的三倍,且非对称充液下箱内水域运动得更加剧烈.对不同充液情况下水箱结构的承载情况的研究对水箱结构的工程设计具有重要参考价值.
