基于响应面法的单向压紧制孔工艺参数优化

         

摘要

Currently, the light-weight auto-matic drilling system has been widely used in aircraft manufacturing. The automatic skin-side pressed drilling process is the key technology to control the interfacial burr and chip. This paper presents the parameter optimization of automatic skin-side pressed drilling process based on the response surface methodology (RSM). The constructed method of response surface is described by the case study on the joint structure of middle-fuselage and middle-after fuselage section. And the result veriifes the effectiveness of the method. The parameters are optimized to achieve the rational value of parameters by using adaptive simu-lated annealing method. This method can construct reliable response surface through a few samples simulated by ifnite element, and can avoid the finite element simulation in every iterative optimization. So it can greatly improve the computational efifciency and accuracy.%目前,轻型自动化制孔系统已在航空制造领域得到广泛应用。针对其关键应用技术单向压紧制孔工艺,提出了一种基于响应面法(RSM)的参数优化方法。以中机身与中后机身的对接结构为例,构建四阶响应面模型并验证了该方法的有效性,采用自适应退火算法进行参数优化,给出参数推荐值。该方法仅通过少量样本点的有限元分析,即可构建可靠的响应面,避免优化迭代过程中的有限元仿真分析,大大提高计算效率和精度。
