航炮地面热校靶的仿真分析

         

摘要

Because of the complexity of aircraft gun system and the low accuracy of target test, repeated firing practices are needed in actual situation which spend large cost(consume ammunition, decrease the using life of aircraft gun and so on). By using the virtual prototype technology to establish the simulation of aircraft gun and test it in virtual experiment environment, finding the distribution law of thermal calibration impact point, applying in ground thermal calibration, this is beneficial to improve the accuracy of aircraft gun target test, raise the efficiency of production, decrease the cost and shorten cycle of target test. CATIA V5 is used to establish a simulation of aircraft gun system and improve the accuracy of thermal calibration test by studying this simulation model at last.%由于航炮系统结构的复杂性,在热校靶靶试精度调整过程中面临地面热校靶靶试精度低问题,需要依靠进行反复的实弹射击,而这一过程通常要花费很大代价(消耗弹药、降低航炮的使用寿命等),利用仿真技术建立航炮仿真模型,并将其置于虚拟试验的环境中进行测试[1],找出热校靶弹着点的分布规律,应用到地面热校靶,有利于实现航炮的靶试精度、提高生产效率、降低成本和缩短靶试周期.本文采用CATIA V5平台建立航炮系统仿真,通过仿真模型的研究[2],提高热校靶靶试精度.
