为分析延边地区两种观赏槭树秋季叶色变化过程中叶片的色素和可溶性糖含量变化趋势, 以紫花槭和五角枫为试材测定了色素和可溶性糖的含量.结果表明:两种槭树叶片的叶绿素含量变化一致, 均呈下降趋势;类胡萝卜素含量和花色素苷含量变化趋势有所差异, 紫花槭叶片类胡萝卜含量呈先上升后下降趋势, 花色素苷含量呈显著上升趋势, 而五角枫叶片类胡萝卜素含量呈显著上升趋势, 花色素苷含量呈缓慢上升趋势.不同色素的比值变化趋势为:叶绿素与花色素苷比值、叶绿素与类胡萝卜素比值在两种槭树中均呈明显的下降趋势, 而花色素苷和类胡萝卜素比值在紫花槭叶片中呈显著上升趋势, 在五角枫叶片中呈先上升后下降的趋势, 且趋势较为缓慢.两种槭树叶片中可溶性糖含量变化均呈逐渐稳步上升趋势.综合分析表明, 两种槭树秋季叶色变化是叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷共同作用的结果, 且类胡萝卜素和花色素苷是引起紫花槭叶片秋季呈色的主要色素, 而类胡萝卜素是五角枫秋季呈色的主要色素.%In order to elucidate the physiological mechanisms of leaf color changes in two Acer species, the pigment and soluble sugar contents of Acer pseudo-sieboldianumleaves were determined during the colorchanging from late September to middle October.The results showed that the chlorophyll contents in the leaves of two maples species all decreased with the consistent changing tedancy.The changes of carotenoid content and anthocyanin contents in leaves of two Acer species were different:the carotenoids content in the leaves of Acer pseudo-sieboldianum was increased at first and then gradually decreased, whereas the anthocyanin content increased obviously.The carotenoid content in leaves of A.monoincreased significantly, but the anthocyanin content increased slowly.The ratio of chlorophyll and anthocyanin and the ratio of chlorophyll and carotenoids decreased obviously in two maples species.The ratio of anthocyanin and carotenoids increased significantly in A.pseudo-sieboldianum, but increased first and then slowly decreased inA.mono.The contents of soluble sugar in the leaves of both species increased gradually.In conclusion, the leaf color changes of two maples species resulted from the combined action of chlorophyll, carotenoids and anthocyanins and, carotenoids and anthocyanins were the main pigments leading the leaves of A.pseudosieboldianumto be orange-red in autumn, and carotenoids was the main pigments of A.mono in autumn.
