对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司1580热轧步进式加热炉炉膛压力波动原因进行了分析，并提出了解决措施。方案实施后炉膛压力一直保持稳定，板坯加热质量得到了改善、生产能耗降低、操作人员的劳动强度减轻，取得良好的经济效益。%The causes leading to the fluctuation of pressure in the hearth of the 1580 mm hot rolled walking beam reheating furnace of Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. are analyzed, and then countermeasures are proposed. After these measures are tak-en, the pressure in the furnace hearth has been stable and as a result the slab-reheating quality is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, and even the labor intensity of operators is also al-leviated. So finally good economic benefits are achieved.
