The implementation of non-commercial forest conservation mechanism is one of China’s important measures to address climate change,improve the ecological environment, conserve biodiversity, resist natural disasters and ensure sustainable social and economic development . This paper analyzed the management and conservation actualities of non-commercial forests in Donghekou Township and existing problems and causes. Some suggestions were put forward as solutions.%实施生态公益林保护机制是我国为了应对气候变化，改善生态环境，保护生物多样性，抵御自然灾害，保障经济社会可持续发展的一项重要举措。本文就东河口镇公益林管护现状及存在问题，分析成因，并就如何解决存在的问题提出了建议。
