凝血酶是丝氨酸蛋白酶的一种，同时具有于抗凝和促凝活性，在血栓形成和止血过程中发挥着重要的作用。而凝血酶之所以能发挥双重作用，与其结构密切相关。因此根据凝血酶的结构特点，设计特异性、高效的凝血酶抑制剂对于更好地了解止血过程和抑制血栓的形成具有重要意义，通过查阅国内外相关文献，现就天然抑制剂对于凝血酶作用机制及其研究意义进行综述。%Thrombin is one of serine proteases which exerts vital function in both thrombosis and hemostasis owing to its antithrombotic and procoagulant activities.The dual effects of thrombin have close relationship with its structure.It is of great significance to design specific and efficient thrombin inhibitors to better understand the process of hemostasis as well as inhibition of blood clots formation.By reviewing the relevant literatures, the mechanism of natural thrombin inhibitors were thus reviewed.
