目的：比较不同腰臀比（WHR）多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者代谢相关临床指标的差异。方法选择480例 PCOS 患者，根据 WHR 分为 A、B 两组，A 组 WHR≥0．85，共200例、B 组 WHR ＜0．85，共280例，并均测定临床体征、内分泌激素和代谢指标。结果A 组体质量指数（BMI）、睾酮（T）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（VLDL-C）、空腹血糖（FBG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、HOMA 胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）均显著高于 B 组，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）显著低于 B 组。结论WHR 高的 PCOS 患者常合并更严重的代谢紊乱，需尽早采取综合干预措施。%Objective To compare the clinical characteristics in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)of different waist hip ratios.Methods Totally 480 patients with PCOS were enrolled and assigned into group A and B.Group A consisted of 200 cases (WHR≥0.85)and group B consisted of 280 cases (WHR <0.85).Clinical characteristics,endocrine hormone and metabolic index were measured.Results BMI,T,TC,TG,VLDL-C,FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR were significantly higher in group A as compared to those in group B,while HDL-C in group A was significantly lower than that in group B.Conclusions PCOS patients with high WHR showed more serious metabolic disorders in comparison to PCOS patients with low WHR and therefore a comprehensive therapy should be performed as early as possible among the PCOS patients with high WHR.
