目的 探讨电视纵隔镜手术后综合护理预防并发症发生的效果.方法 回顾性分析该院近2年行电视纵隔镜手术患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例.对照组遵医嘱予以常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上结合术前、术后综合护理措施,比较两组患者术后并发症的发生率.结果 60例患者手术均顺利进行,术后病理均明确诊断.对照组并发症发生率为16.7%,实验组无1例并发症发生,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 电视纵隔镜手术后采用及时有效的综合护理措施有利于预防术后并发症的发生.%Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing on prevention of complication after video-mediastinoscope. Methods A total of 60 patients after video-mediastinoscope were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with traditionary nursing, while the patient in with experimental group received additional comprehensive nursing. The incidence rates of the complication after operation were observed and compared between each group. Results All the 60 patients were underwent operation successfully and received conclusive pathologic diagnosis. The incidence rate of the complication in control group was 16.7% , while the rate in experimental group was zero. There were statistical differences between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The timely and effective comprehensive nursing after video-mediastinoscope is useful for the prevention of postoperative complications.
