目的 建立清热解毒合剂的含量测定方法.方法 采用HPLC法,以甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,在波长289 nm处测定清热解毒合剂中靛玉红的含量.结果 靛玉红在浓度0.143～7.152 mg·L-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.53%,RSD为0.32%;3批清热解毒合剂中靛玉红的含量分别为3.680、3.514、3.505 mg·L-1.结论 该方法 简便、准确、重现性好,可作为清热解毒合剂的质量控制方法.%Objective To establish a method to determine the content of Qingrejiedu Heji. Methods HPLC was used with the mobile phase of methyl aleohol-water( 75:25 )to detect the content of indirubin in Qingrejiedu Heji at a wavelength of 289 nm. Results Indirubin had the linear range of 0. 143 ~7. 152 mg · L-1 and the average recovery was 101. 53%( RSD =0. 32% );the content of indirubin in three batches of Qingrejiedu Heji were 3. 680,3. 514,and 3.505 mg · L-1. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatible for the quality control of Qingrejiedu Heji.
