Objective To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of Nd: YAG laser on wedge-shaped defect with hypersensitive dentine. Methods 106 teeth with wedge-shaped defect and hypersensitive dentine were randomly divided into two groups. Wedge-shaped defects were treated by lase(group A ),acid etching( group B ) before filled with composite resin. After three months, six months and nine months,the clinical effects were evaluated and statistical analysis was performed. Results The laser group( A ) was significantly higher in the success rate of treating the hypersensitive dentine than the acid etching group( B ). There was no statistical difference in filling the wedge-shaped defects with composite resin between the two groups in three months but after six months it was significant. Conclusion Nd: YAG laser can treat the hypersensitive dentine effectively and increase the success rate of filling the wedge-shaped defects with composite resin.%目的 评价Nd:YAG激光在楔状缺损治疗中的临床效果.方法 将牙颈部有楔状缺损同时伴有牙本质过敏的106颗患牙随机分成两组,分别用激光(A组)、酸蚀(B组)处理缺损区,再用光固化复合树脂进行充填,治疗3个月、6个月、9个月后进行复查并对各组的临床效果进行统计学分析.结果 两组脱敏效果比较差异有显著性,两组树脂充填效果比较3个月差异无显著性,6个月后的差异有显著性.结论 Nd:YAG激光能有效治疗牙本质过敏,提高树脂充填成功率.
