目的 探讨宫颈癌患者行同步放化疗后持续阴道冲洗的效果及对放疗副反应的影响.方法 将43例宫颈癌患者分为前后组,前组21例患者放疗结束即阴道冲洗结束,后组22例患者放疗结束仍阴道冲洗3个月.放化疗期间制定完善的护理流程和措施,包括放疗前的评估及心理护理;放疗时的护理及化疗时的静脉保护;放疗后阴道冲洗的护理,比较2组患者同步放化疗后以及3个月后的不良反应等.结果 2组患者在住院期间同步放化疗后胃肠道反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).3个月后,后组阴道黏连发生率、放射性直肠反应、放射性膀胱反应均低于前组(P<0.05).结论 宫颈癌患者行同步放化疗后持续阴道冲洗3个月,可以减轻放疗后的副反应,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生存质量.%Objective To evaluate the efficacy of persistent vaginal douche after the concurrent chemoradiation for cervical cancer and the side effects of radiotherapy. Methods Altogether 43 patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiation were divided into two groups. The 21 patients of anterior group underwent vaginal douche during the course of radiotherapy, and the vaginal douche was over when radiotherapy finished. The other 22 patients underwent vaginal douche during the course of radiotherapy and within 3 months after concurrent chemoradiation continuously. Perfect process and measure of medical aid were planned during the concurrent chemoradiation, including the assessment and psychological care before radiotherapy, the medical aid and vein protection during chemotherapy, the medical aid of vaginal douche after radiotherapy. The side effects were compared when concurrent chemoradiation finished and 3 months later. Results There was no significant difference in side effect of gastrointestinal tract after concurrent chemoradiation therapy between the patients in two groups( P >0. 05 ). The incidence rate of vaginal adhesions, radiation proctitis,radiocystitis in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The patients of cervical cancer who underwent vaginal douche during the course of radiotherapy and within 3 months after concurrent chemoradiation continuously get lesser side effects of radiotherapy obviously. The method alleviates suffering, and heightens standard of living.
