目的 优选地龙舒腰口服液提取工艺.方法 运用正交试验,以阿魏酸含量及提取物浸膏为评价指标,考察影响提取的3个因素,加水量、提取次数和提取时间.结果 影响提取效果的因素大小依次为:提取次数、加水量、提取时间.结论 最佳提取工艺为:A3B3C2.即:A3为10倍量水,B3为提取3次,C2为1.5 h.%Objective To optimize the extraction process for Dilong Shuyao Koufuye. Methods Yield of ferulic acid and extract from Dilong Shuyao Koufuye as index, orthogonal test was performed on three factors including water volume , extracting frequency and extracting time. Results The factors influencing ferulic acid and extract yield from main to minor were extracting frequency, water volume and extracting time. Conclusion The optimum process is A3B3C2 , which means adding 10 times the amount of water, extracting 3 times, each time 1. 5 hours.
