目的 观察GC颗粒对大鼠子宫出血的保护作用.方法 利用米非司酮和米索前列醇复制大鼠子宫出血模型,观察GC颗粒对大鼠子宫出血时间的影响.利用多导记录仪记录大鼠子宫收缩幅度和频率.放免法测定血雌二醇和孕酮含量.结果 GC颗粒小、中、大三个剂量组能降低大鼠子宫出血的时间,增强大鼠在体子宫收缩幅度,但对子宫收缩频率无显著影响.结论 GC颗粒具有减少大鼠子宫出血的作用,并且可能和子宫收缩强度及血清激素水平相关.%Aim To observe the protective action of GC granules on rats metrorrhagia. Method Our research was conducted on rats uterine hemorrhage model by using mifepristone and misoprostol. GC granules ' effect was observed on the metrorrhagic period. Polyphysiograph was used to keep records both on the amplitude and the frequency of the uterine contraction. The method of radioimmunoassay ( RIA) was applied to measure the content of estradiol and progestin. Results All three experimental groups separately using small, medium and large dosage succeeded not only in reducing the time duration of the rats ' metrorrhagia but also in extending the amplitude of uterine contraction. However,the experiments did not see any notable effect on the frequency of urterine contraction. Conclusion GC granules exert positive effect on lessening uterine bleeding in the body of rats , which, to a large degree , attributes to the intensity of its contraction as well as the level of serotonin.
