目的 建立抗哮喘滴丸中雷公藤甲素含量的测定方法.方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamond C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-水(39:61)为流动相,检测波长:224 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min-1,柱温:30℃.结果 雷公藤甲素在2.08 ～16.72 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7(n=5),平均回收率为92.66%,RSD=1.38%,保留时间为20.092 min.结论 该法灵敏、准确、专属性强、重现性好,可用于抗哮喘滴丸的质量控制.%Aim To establish an HPLC method for analyzing the content of triptolide in anti-asthma droppills. Methods Samples were analyzed on a Diamond C18 column using CH3 OH-H2 O( 39:61 )as mohile phase under the flow-rate of 1. 0 ml· min -1 ; Oven temperaturewas 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 224 nm. Results Triptolide had good linearity in the range of 2. 08 ～ 16. 72 mg ·L-1( r =0. 999 7,n =5 ).and the average recovery of triptolide was 92. 66％( RSD = 1. 38％ ). TR was 20. 092 min. Conclusion This method is simple , rapid, accurate and is suitable for the quality control of anti-asthma droppills.
