摘要:Objective: International endangered plants Liparis japonica(Miq.)Maxim Tujia are valuable herbal medi-cine, a significant Huoxue Tiao jing, bleeding, pain, cardiac, sedative effects, but no study of its components is reported in this study contained chemical composition, for the development of new drugs set up to do theory foundation. Meth-ods: The chemical components of Liparis japonica(Miq.)Maxim extracts separated by uhrasonic extraction method were analyzed comparatively by GC- MS. Results: Liparis japonica (Miq.)Maxim extract detected a total of 31 peaks in the now identified 21 compounds, mainly alkaloids, fatty acids and small molecules of phenol substances. Conclusion: Li-paris japonica(Miq.)Maxim species contain active ingredients with the development of the research value of alkaloids.%目的:国际濒危植物羊耳蒜是土家医学名贵草药,具有显著活血调经,止血.止痛,强心,镇静功效,但目前禾见研究其成分报道,本研究其所舍化学成分,为开发新药做建立理论基础.方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法时国际濒危植物羊耳蒜超声波提取法所得乙醇提取物进行分析.结果:羊耳蒜提取物共检测出31个峰中现已鉴定出21个化合物,主要是生物碱、脂肪酸及小分子的分配性物质.结论:羊耳蒜中含有有效成分生物碱具有开发研究价值.
