Supported H3SiW12O40 catalysts were prepared with impregnation method, the catalytic activity of resulting composites was evaluated in gas phase one-step condensation from isobutylene and formaldehyde to isoprene.The catalysts were also characterized via XRD, NH3-TPD and Py-IR techniques.It was found that SiO2 supported H3SiW12O40 catalysts exhibited the best catalytic performance,isobutene conversion reached 10.1% and isoprene selectivity reached 89.8%.%选用浸渍法以Al2O3、TiO2、SiO2为载体制备了几种负载型硅钨酸催化剂,并考察了催化剂在异丁烯和甲醛气相缩合法制备异戊二烯反应中的催化性能,同时,催化剂进行了XRD、TPD、Py-IR表征.结果表明,SiO2担载的催化剂催化性能最优,异丁烯转化率达到10.1%,异戊二烯选择性达到89.8%.
