负载型Cs/KIT-6催化剂在醋酸甲酯与甲醛缩合制备丙烯酸甲酯反应中的应用

         

摘要

采用浸渍法制备了一系列x-Cs/KIT-6催化剂, 并在醋酸甲酯与甲醛缩合制备丙烯酸甲酯的反应中考察其催化活性.结果表明, 负载型Cs/KIT-6催化剂在缩合反应中表现出较高的催化活性, 活性物种、负载量、以及催化剂焙烧温度对催化性能均有较大的影响.当Cs负载量为8wt%时, 催化剂的活性最高, 醋酸甲酯转化率为35.7%, 丙烯酸甲酯收率为93.9%.此外, 催化剂的催化活性随着焙烧温度的升高变好, 这是由于升高焙烧温度可以促进硝酸铯的分解, 增强催化剂碱性强度, 提高催化活性.%A series of supported x%Cs/KIT-6 catalysts were prepared through the impregnation method, and were used in the condensation reaction of methyl ccetate and formaldehyde to prepare methyl acrylate. It is resulted that multiple factors such as active species, loading amount, and calcination temperature have a significant effect on the catalytic activities. Catalyst 8 wt%Cs/KIT-6 performs the best catalytic activity with 35.7% of methyl acetate conversion and 93.9% of selectivity to methyl acrylate. Besides, the catalytic activities improved with the increasing of calcination temperature which can be attributed to higher temperature could accelerate the decomposition of CsNO3, resulting in the strength of alkaline properties to improve the catalytic activity.
