Many intrinsic construction problemsmay be encountered during application of external wall exterior insulation construction technique in general existing residential building energy-saving rebuilding project,such as base surface situation,fire hidden dangers,node tricky,and so on.This paper proposes relevant external wall exterior insulation construction measures and suggestions applicable to existing residential building energy-saving rebuilding through analysis and study on the characteristics of external wall exterior insulation construction in general existing residential building energy-saving rebuilding project, and introduction on engineering practices, with the purposes to give a full play of the energy-saving function of exterior insulation system in the whole energy-saving rebuilding and to ensure the construction quality of exterior insulation system and safety of structural connection.%外墙外保温施工技术应用于既有居住建筑综合节能改造项目中,会遇到基面情况多样化、存在防火隐患和窗洞口节点难处理等问题.结合工程实例,通过对外墙外保温施工特点的分析和研究,提出与既有居住建筑节能改造相适应的外墙外保温施工技术措施和建议,从而充分发挥外保温系统在整个节能改造中的节能作用,并确保外保温系统的施工质量和与结构连结的安全性.
