A general building engineering has multiple spatial variations and adopts super-long structure, belonging to a complicated multi-storey building with irregular plane and facade. There are some key problems in the structural design. Super-long seamless technique, retard-bonded prestressed technique and cast-in-place hollow floor technique are adopted to solve the problem of super-long and wide span; conceptual design is used and structural measures are adopted during planning and design, to increase the structural integrity and torsional stiffness. Reliable anti-vibration performance is realized and favorable economic benefits are obtained.%某综合楼工程空间变化多样,结构超长,属于平面、立面均不规则的较复杂的多层建筑.结构设计中存在一些关键问题:利用超长无缝技术、缓粘结预应力技术、现浇混凝土空心楼盖技术解决超长和大跨度问题;利用概念设计思想,通过在方案阶段和设计阶段采取构造措施,增强结构整体性和抗扭刚度,实现了较好的抗震性能,获得了较好的经济效益.
