长春汽车博览馆钢结构吊装施工技术

         

摘要

Changchun Auto Exposition Hall engineering adopts an unique aerial wide-span wheel hub shape. The front facade of the structure is a eccentric ring. The radius of the inner ring is 21.65m and the outer ring is 39.85. The structure top is about 63.55m high. Considering that the steel structure has arch components and has multidirectional bearing base, reasonable hoisting sequence, method and lateral stability measures are adopted to ensure the stable and safe state of structural components after being positioned during hoisting, and the construction sequence of "gravity center calculation of space component, hoisting simulation, hoisting positioning"is used. Favorable effects are realized.%长春汽车博览馆工程具有独特的高空大跨度车轮毂外造形,结构正立面为偏心圆环形,内环半径为21.65m,外环-径为39.85m,结构顶点高约63.550m.针对该钢结构弧形构件且有多方位托座的特点,采用合理的吊装顺序、方法和侧向稳定措施来保证吊装过程中构件就位后的稳定、安全状态,并运用“空间构件重心计算、吊装模拟、吊装就位”的施工技术路线,取得了良好的效果.
