In a hospital project in Tianjin, through the secondary development means, the application of BIM technology in the cost of construction engineering projects was realized. The research results show that the BIM volumeprice relationship based on the IFC standard can completely construct the BIM budget model and realize the construction project cost budget based on BIM technology.
