基于价值链的大型施工企业组织结构设计

         

摘要

以北京某集团G事业部为研究对象,在分析单独企业价值链、行业企业价值链不足的基础上,提出"核心成员企业价值链"概念;采用自组织结构设计理论,打破原有的职能划分,通过对各职能的纵向一体化和横向一体化合化,建立起以"四大中心"为核心的G事业部团队型组织结构;在此基础上,运用价值链分析工具,构建了"基于价值链的大型施工企业组织结构模型,对提高我国大型施工企业的核心能力,进一步参与国际竞争和快速响应市场具有一定的指导意义.%To make the Beijing a group G business department respond to market with lower price, faster speed and higher differential product. The concept of "Core member enterprise value chain" was put forward based on analysis of individual enterprise value chain and lack of price chain of industry enterprises. By adopting the theory of self-organization structure design, the original function division is broken. Through vertical integration and horizontal integration of various functions, team structure of G business department with "four major centers" at its core was established. On this basis, value chain analysis tool is used to construct "the organization structure model of large construction enterprise based on value chain". It has a certain guiding significance to improve core competence of the large construction enterprises in China, participate in international competition and rapid response to market.
