在对城市综合管廊项目施工进度风险识别的基础上,提出城市综合管廊施工进度风险指标体系,划分进度风险等级并构建城市综合管廊的施工进度风险指标体系,对指标量化时,选用改进的AHP-熵值法相修正的方法来确定指标权重,为整个工程进度风险控制提供依据,避免盲目决策,提高工程效率.%Based on construction schedule risk identification of urban utility tunnel construction, this paper proposed the schedule risk indicator system for urban utility tunnel construction, established schedule risk rating and created the schedule risk indicator system for urban utility tunnel construction. During calculation of indicators, modified AHP-entropy method was used to determine the weight of each indicator, providing basis for construction risk control of whole project, realizing objective decision making and improving the construction efficiency.
