大体积混凝土配合比设计及在高温环境中的应用

         

摘要

With the purpose of controlling inside and outside temperature difference of concrete and under the precondition of ensuring concrete strength, mix design was carried out in mass concrete baseplate construction of HNA Capital B18 Lot project. Various measures were adopted, such as adding high-volume of mineral admixture, reducing aggregate temperature, adding retarding water reducer and strengthening concrete insulated curing, etc., to reduce inside and outside temperature difference of concrete and control concrete crack. Concrete strength evaluation result showed that mass concrete structure reached C40P8 requirement and no crack and permeation occurred.%海航首府B18地块项目大体积底板工程中,在保证混凝土强度的前提下,以控制混凝土内外温差为目标进行配合比设计,采用大掺量矿物掺合料、降低骨料温度、掺加缓凝型减水剂及加强混凝土保温养护等措施,以降低混凝土内外温差,控制混凝土裂缝.混凝土强度评定结果表明,大体积混凝土结构达到C40P8的要求,且未发生裂缝和渗透.
