智能模拟工厂技术在炼化装置建设阶段的应用

         

摘要

根据中国炼化企业生产装置建设与生产运行周期的需求,提出了智能模拟工厂的概念,并开发了相关技术.以某炼化工厂制氢、醚化2个新建装置为案例,通过使用智能模拟技术开发虚拟装置系统的过程,验证了工艺流程与控制方案的设计,同时预调试DCS组态并整定出初步的PID控制参数;通过在该虚拟装置上反复开停工操作,制订出详细完整可靠的生产操作卡,操作工在该系统上进行操作培训并得到科学考核评价.智能模拟工厂技术在2个装置的成功应用,验证了该项技术在炼化装置建设阶段的应用价值,同时也奠定了将来在生产运行阶段、智能生产操作、智能优化的技术开发的基础.%Based on the requirements of the production equipment construction and production operation life-cycle from Chinese refinery enterprises,the idea of intelligent simulation plant is proposed,and correlation technology is developed.With the case of two new installations of hydrogen unit and etherification unit in a refinery,the design of process flow and control scheme are verified through the process of developing virtual device system using intelligent simulation technology.As well as DCS configuration is pre-tested and the initial PID control parameters are adjusted.Through repeated start-up and shutdown operation on the virtual device,more complete and reliable production operation card is developed.Operators on the system is trained and evaluated scientifically.The application value of intelligent simulation factory technology in the construction stage of refining and chemical installation has been verified after the successful application of the technology in two installations.At the same time,it also lays the foundation for the future technology development at the production operation stage,intelligent production operation and intelligent optimization.
