Energy requirement simulation system for automation-technical plant, utilizes components of plant, where components are in operative connection with one another, and simulation program determines energy requirement of plant using model
The system utilizes multiple components of an automation-technical plant, where the components are in operative connection with one another. A simulation program is provided, and a library is associated with the program. The components and a logical model of the plant are deposited in the library. Each of the components in the library is provided with an energy attribute (A). The simulation program determines total energy requirement of the plant using the logical model. The energy attributes contain performance data, and are provided on the basis of a standardized method.
