气量无级调节系统与DCS及CCS集成控制的实现

         

摘要

某加氢裂化装置所配置的气量负荷调节采用风动卸荷器实现,只能进行0,50%,75%,90〉,1O(]%5档的负荷控制。采用液压式气量无级调节系统后,可以进行任意负荷调节,同时保留原有的旁路回流控制方案,二者可根据压缩机的运行状况无冲击切换。主要介绍了HydroCOM系统与DCS,CCS的衔接,原控制方案的优化以及气量无级调节方案的实现。%The gas capacity adjustment is realized with a pneumatic unloading device for a hydrocracking unit, which only has five stages of 0, 50%, 75%, 90% and 100%. After using the capacity stepless regulation system, load regulation can be freely adjusted to any volume in need; and the former bypass backflow control is still kept at the same time. Both can be switched to each other without any negative impact. Connection of HydroCOM, DCS and CCS, optimization of original control program and realization of the gas capacity stepless regulation program are mainly introduced.
