重型商用车间歇性侧风气动特性仿真

         

摘要

车辆进出侧风带的瞬间气动特性的变化规律对其行驶产生重要影响,本文中利用STAR-CCM+软件中的重叠网格技术,对某型重型商用车通过城市道路中不同间隔的连续建筑物形成的长宽比小于1的侧风带这一过程进行了空气动力学数值模拟,研究了其行驶过程中气动特性的变化规律.结果发现:两建筑物之间形成的不同长宽比的侧风带对重型商用车的流场和气动特性均有剧烈影响,横摆力矩变化率高达35.6kN·m/s,随着长宽比的增加,气动力的峰值也增大.%The changing law of instantaneous aerodynamic characteristics has significant effects on the driv-ing of vehicle when it is running through intermittent crosswind area. Accordingly, an aerodynamic numerical simu-lation is conducted in this paper on the process of a heavy commercial vehicle running through crosswind area on ur-ban road with a length-width ratio less than 1 formed by successive buildings separated by different distances, to study the changing law of its aerodynamic characteristics in that driving process. The results show that the crosswind areas with different length-width ratios formed by buildings have intensive effects on the flow field and aerodynamic characteristics of heavy commercial vehicles, with a changing rate of yaw moment reaching up to 35. 6kN·m/s and the peak of aerodynamic force rises with the increase of length-width ratio.
