涡轮增压器进气口消声器设计与性能评估

         

摘要

道路试验测得了某小型汽油车进气管口、车内驾驶员右耳处声压频谱,确定其2.6~3.0kHz频段噪声源为增压器. 结合有限元法设计了压气机进气口消声器,并计算了其无流条件下的传递损失,用两负载法实验加以验证,两者结果相吻合;1.8~3.3kHz频率范围内,传递损失平均达25dB以上. 最后对比了安装消声器前后进气管口和车内噪声的声压频谱,结果表明:消声器在目标频段具有理想的消声性能,有效降低了因增压器噪声引起的车内异响.%The sound pressure spectra of intake noise and interior noise at driver's right ear of a compact gasoline vehicle are measured in a road test with the source of noise at the frequency range of 2 . 6~3 . 0 kHz located at turbocharger. The muffler at compressor inlet is designed with its transmission loss without flow evaluated by finite element analysis and verified by experiments based on two-load method, with both results agree well with each oth-er. In the frequency range of 1. 8 to 3. 3kHz, the average transmission loss reaches over 25dB. Finally the sound pressure spectra of intake noise and vehicle interior noise with and without muffler are compared and the results indi-cate that the muffler designed has ideal noise attenuation performance in objective frequency range and can effective-ly reduce abnormal vehicle interior noise caused by turbocharger.
