汽车底盘硬点测量技术的研究

         

摘要

An articulated arm coordinate measuring machine is used to measure the hard points of a vehicle chassis, and by comprehensively analyzing the effects of vehicle loads, wheel alignment, vehicle body attitude and data alignment on measurement accuracy, the corresponding control methods and the selection principles of datum feature are proposed. In view of the low accuracy of conventional measurement platform in vehicle chassis hard point measurement, the K&C tester is used instead. The results of measurement show that using K&C tester effectively en-hance the measurement accuracy of vehicle chassis hard points.%采用关节臂式三坐标测量机( CMM)对某一汽车的底盘进行硬点测量。通过综合分析整车载荷、车轮定位、车身姿态和数据对齐对测量精度的影响,提出了相应的控制方法和基准特征的选择原则。针对采用常规测量平台测量底盘硬点精度低的问题,改用K&C试验机进行测量。结果表明,采用K&C试验机有效提高了底盘硬点的测量精度。
