排气歧管热负荷仿真与试验研究

         

摘要

A fluid-structure coupled model for the exhaust manifold of an engine is built, in which the radiative heat transfer and material nonlinearity are taken into consideration, and a simulation on its thermal load is conducted. In addition, a bench test is also performed to measure the temperature and strain of exhaust manifold. The results of both simulation and test show that the highest temperature is located at the confluence of manifolds, plastic deformation occurs in some areas, and the location of maximum plastic strain coincides with fracture spot.%为某发动机排气歧管建立流固耦合模型,以进行热负荷仿真分析,模型中考虑了辐射换热和材料的非线性;同时在台架上对排气歧管进行了温度场和应变测量.仿真与测试结果表明,排气歧管汇合处的温度最高,部分区域发生了塑性变形,塑性应变最大位置与发生断裂破环的危险区域相吻合.
