为某B级轿车开发了一款嵌入到后排座椅中间的儿童约束系统,可供不同年龄段的儿童乘员使用.针对整车正面碰撞工况,在不同的开发阶段,运用CAE等技术,进行虚拟设计和强度分析,对系统进行结构参数优化,得到有效的优化结构方案.通过生产试制与正面台车碰撞试验,验证了设计的有效性.所开发的集成式儿童约束系统使用方便,可有效避免误用,具有较好的保护性能.%An integrated child restraint system for a B class car is developed for being embedly installed in the middle of rear seat, dedicated for child occupants of different ages. Aiming at vehicle frontal crash condition, CAE and other technologies are used in different stages of development for virtual design and strength analysis. Structural parameter optimization is conducted on the system to determine effective optimum structural scheme. By trial production and frontal sled impart test, the design effectiveness is verified. The integrated child restraint system developed is handy in use with good protection performance and can effectively avoid misuse.
