In view of the uncertainty of parameters in vehicle occupant restraint system caused by the factors of manufacturing and measurement, on the base of describing uncertainty by using interval method, an uncertainty optimization model for vehicle occupant restraint system is built, which is solved by using nonlinear interval number optimization algorithm based on sequential linear programming. This technique is applied to the optimization of the driver restraint system in a mini-bus. Compared with the traditional deterministic optimization, it can not only improve the protection performance, but also enhance the reliability of occupant restraint system.%针对约束系统中一些参数因受制造和测量等因素影响而产生的不确定性,在用区间来描述不确定性的基础上,建立了汽车约束系统的不确定性优化模型,并应用基于序列线性规划的非线性区间数优化方法进行求解.将该方法用于某微型客车驾驶员侧约束系统的优化,与传统的确定性优化方法相比,该方法不仅能提升约束系统的防护性能,而且可提高其可靠性.
