Based on the test data of rubber dumper block, selecting Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model and combining finite element simulation technique and the reverse scheme of optimization algorithm, the parameters of rubber material are determined. During the process, simulated results and test data are constantly compared to find the closest parameter, and response surface method is also adopted for reducing computing efforts. The results show that the material parameters determined by the method can rather accurately describe the material characteristics of rubber buffer block.%基于缓冲橡胶块的试验数据,选用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型,并结合有限元仿真技术和优化算法的反求方法来确定橡胶材料的参数.在此过程中不断比较仿真结果与试验值以寻求二者最接近的参数,并采用响应面法来减少仿真优化的计算量.结果表明通过该法确定的材料参数能较准确地描述缓冲橡胶块的材料特性.
