在对ISG型中度混合动力AMT汽车系统效率进行优化的基础上,提出整车工作模式切换控制策略.以各工作模式下系统效率最高为目标建立ISG型中度混合动力AMT系统的经济性换挡规律.针对不同工作模式的运行特点,分别采用ISG电机或电子节气门参与动力源转速/转矩调节控制以优化AMT换挡品质.采用Matlab/Simulink仿真平台对AMT汽车的换挡综合控制进行仿真,结果表明:采用本文提出的换挡综合控制可在保证ISG型中度混合动力AMT汽车燃油经济性的同时,提高换挡品质.%Based on the system efficiency optimization of integrated starter/generator (ISG) type medium -hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) with automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) , a working mode switching control strategy of vehicle is proposed. The economy shifting rule of AMT system in ISG medium HEV is established with maximizing system efficiency in each working mode as objective. According to the operation features of different working modes, ISG motor or electronic throttle is adopted respectively to participate the speed / torque control of power source for improving AMT shifting quality. A simulation is then conducted on comprehensive shifting control of AMT with Matlab/Simulink platform. The results indicate that the comprehensive shifting control proposed can assure the fuel economy of ISG medium HEV while improve shifting quality.
