适用于电动汽车可变直流母线的电机控制系统,要求在电机不同工况下及时、准确和可靠地实时调节直流侧电压,并在突然制动时得以回馈能量.为此研究了一种新型的不添加额外半导体器件的软开关双向DC/DC变换器.采用此种软开关技术,可降低开关损耗,提高效率.采用多重拓扑结构,弥补该模式下变换器电压、电流纹波大的缺陷,并提高了可靠性.最后通过实验,验证了此变换器功能的正确性和有效性.%The motor control system of variable DC bus suitable for electric vehicles requests that in different working conditions of motor, the DC voltage can be timely, accurately and reliably adjusted in real-time, and the energy can be fed back in sudden braking. In view of this, a new soft-switching bidirectional DC/DC converter without additional semi-conductor parts is studied. With the soft-switching technology the switching losses can be reduced and the efficiency can be improved. The adoption of multiple-topology structure remedies the defects of voltage and current ripples in converter and improves its reliability. Finally the experiments verify the correctness and effectiveness of converter function.
