The current research was aimed to evaluate the yield characteristics,stress resistance,and adaptability of barley varieties with high protein content selected from the barley germplasm resource belonging to our institute.We conducted a comparative test using five barley varieties with high protein content in the experimental field of our institute.As a result,three varieties (Qingyong 1325,j-51,and Jingxing No.3)were not significantly different from the control variety Ganpi No.4 in yield,and these three varieties also showed good agronomic traits such as relatively high stress resistance and medium maturity.Therefore,varieties Qingyong 1325,j-5 1 ,and Jingxing No.3 may have a good prospect for promotion and application in these areas.%为鉴定从种质资源中筛选的高蛋白大麦材料的丰产性、抗逆性和适应性，进行了大麦品种比较试验，参试的5个高蛋白材料中，青永1325、j－51和京新3号与对照甘啤4号产量差异不显著，抗逆性较好、生育期适中，具较好的推广应用前景。
