全自动深压纹机向心关节轴承的寿命分析

         

摘要

The fatigue wear is easily occurred at inner and outer rings of radial spherical plain bearing at various key hinges of automatic deep embossing machine YW-1020 during work in practice.The fatigue life of the bearing for deep embossing machine under full load condition is studied based on relative theory for prediction of fatigue life.The 3D model of whole machine is established by Solidworks,and the finite element analysis of deep embossing machine is carried out by ANSYS Workbench.A spherical plain bearing with maximum stress is extracted,and the fatigue life is analyzed by using module of Fatigue Tool.The result is basically identical to estimated result of contact fatigue life the ory,and is close to experimental data of life for failure bearing.The research result show that the minimum fatigue life of spherical plain bearing at maximum stress position is about 266 d,the working life of the bearing is predicted effectively.%针对YW-1020型全自动深压纹机各关键铰链处的向心关节轴承在实际工作时内、外圈易发生疲劳磨损的问题,根据疲劳寿命预测相关理论,研究了深压纹机在满载工况下向心关节轴承的疲劳寿命.通过Solid-works建立了深压纹机整机的三维模型,运用ANSYS Workbench对深压纹机进行了有限元分析,提取出应力最大的向心关节轴承,进而利用Fatigue Tool模块对轴承进行疲劳寿命分析,该结果与接触疲劳寿命理论估算结果基本一致,并与试验所得失效轴承的寿命数据相接近.研究结果表明:最大应力位置处向心关节轴承的最小疲劳寿命约为266 d,有效预测了轴承的工作寿命.
