在金属材料接触疲劳试验中,常发生因表面划痕导致的早期疲劳失效,使试验结果产生偏离.采用TLP接触疲劳试验机,对GCr15轴承钢开展了表面划痕缺陷对接触疲劳寿命影响的试验研究.通过对各种划痕试样及表面无划痕正常试样的对比试验,证明了接触疲劳寿命随表面划痕的加深及划痕与滚动方向夹角的增大而下降.%In contact fatigue testing of metallic materials,scratch often leads to early fatigue failure and the test results deviation.Using TLP contact fatigue testing machine,the influence of surface scratch defects on the contact fatigue life of GCrl5 bearing steel is studied.Through the comparison test of scratch test samples and normal samples without scratch,it is proved that the contact fatigue life decreases with the increase of the surface scratch depth and the angle of the scratch and rolling direction.
