The revolute pair model for both ends of constant velocity universal joint is built through motion pair treatment,and the torsional stiffness coefficients at both ends are measured respectively by texture analyzer.The modal analysis for constant velocity universal joint considering key motion pair equivalent treatment is conducted by using ANSYS,and the test modal analysis for constant velocity universal joint is carried out by using B&K vibration test system.The results show that the modal analysis results by finite element basically agree with modal analysis results by test,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.%采用运动副处理建立等速万向节两端的转动副模型,在质构仪上分别测量两端的扭转刚度系数.通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对考虑关键运动副等效处理的等速万向节进行模态分析,并使用B&K振动测试系统对等速万向节进行试验模态分析,结果表明:有限元模态分析与试验模态分析结果基本吻合,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性.
