某型航空发动机主轴轴承试验故障分析及改进

         

摘要

Aiming at performances and life test requirements of spindle bearing in an aero-engine,the test scheme is designed.The high temperature and strong vibration of tester during operation are found by debugging.The analysis is carried out by fault tree,and the design of switching section of tester is improved based on characteristics of high speed,high temperature and special structure of test bearings.The noise and temperature of the bearings are reduced effectively during test.%针对某型航空发动机主轴轴承的性能及寿命试验需求,设计了试验方案.并通过调试发现试验机运行时温度及振动较大.利用故障树分析,基于试验轴承高转速、高温及特殊结构形式的特点,对试验机转接段设计进行了改进,有效降低了试验期间轴承的噪声及温度.
