工业缝纫机气浮旋梭轴承气膜承载特性分析

         

摘要

Based on analysis of overall mechanism for industrial sewing machine,the surface fitting of gas film height of air -floating hook bearings is carried out through establishment of physical model under eccentric hook shafting.The gas film pressure distribution is obtained based on finite difference method.The change rule of load capacity and gas consumption of air -floating hook bearings is analyzed under different eccentricity,rotational speed and the distance from supply hole to end face.The results show that the gas pressure is same,the eccentricity of the hook shaft is grea-ter,the rotational speed is faster,and the distance from supply hole to end face of bearing is farther with the increase of load capacity and gas consumption.%在对工业缝纫机整体机构分析的基础上,建立了旋梭轴系偏心下的物理模型,对气浮旋梭轴承气膜高度进行曲面拟合,并基于有限差分法获得气膜压力分布。利用气体流量平衡方程及承载力方程求得旋梭轴在不同偏心距、转速、供气孔距轴承端面距离等工况下,气浮旋梭轴承的承载力、耗气量的变化规律。结果表明:在同一供气压力下,旋梭轴偏心距越大、转速越快、供气孔距轴承端面距离越远,承载力越大,耗气量也越大。
