中频电磁脉冲磁处理稳定薄壁轴承外圈尺寸研究

         

摘要

The magnetic field is respectively applied to outer rings of thin -walled bearings in axial and radial direc-tion,and the magnetic treatment is carried out.The repeated tests of diameter of outer rings demonstrate that both the major axis and minor axis of outer rings have reduction tendency after magnetic treatment,and the dimension of outer rings tend to be stable.The multi -directional electromagnetic pulse treatment has a good effect to reduce inner stress of outer rings of bearings,and the dimension of outer rings is more stable,which can be used in practice engineering.%对薄壁轴承外圈分别施加轴向及径向磁场进行磁处理,经过对外圈直径的多次检测可知:磁处理后外圈的长轴与短轴均呈缩小趋势,外圈尺寸趋于稳定;多向电磁脉冲磁处理降低轴承外圈内应力效果较好,可用于工程实际。
