采用轴承动态性能试验机测试了机器人用薄壁角接触球轴承在不同转速、载荷作用下的振动情况,结果表明:轴承振动随转速及轴向载荷的增加而增加,当轴向载荷超过额定动载荷的十分之一并进一步增加时,振动值几乎保持不变;径向载荷超过轴向载荷2倍时,轴承振动显著上升;运转时间对轴承振动的影响不明显。%The vibration of thin -walled angular contact ball bearings used in robots is tested under different rotating speed and load by using dynamic performance tester.The results show that the vibration of bearings are increased with the increase of rotating speed and axial load.The vibration value keeps almost unchanged when axial load is more than 1 /10 of dynamic load rating,the vibration value of bearings increases significantly when radial load exceeds 2 times of axial load.The running time has no significant effect on vibration of bearings.
