针对某型航空发动机圆柱滚子轴承在试验过程中反复出现的故障进行分析,研究失效机理及原因,提出相应的改进措施,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,当对圆柱滚子轴承尤其是小型圆柱滚子轴承进行试验时,须防止轴承偏载,充分保证轴承工作同心度,以避免非轴承原因导致的试验失效,提高轴承试验结果的可信度。%Aiming at the recurring faults of cylindrical roller bearings for an aero-engine in the experiments,the fail-ure mechanisms and reasons are studied.The corresponding improvement measures are presented,and the test verifica-tion is conducted.The results show that in order to improve reliability of the bearing test results and prevent test failure of non-bearing cause,the eccentric load of bearings must be prevented to ensure concentricity of bearings when con-ducting tests for cylindrical roller bearings,especially small-size cylindrical roller bearings.
