In order to investigate the effect of PEEK on the properties of PTFE/PEEK composite, the effects of content of PEEK on the mechanical properties, friction and wear properties, and thermal property of the composite are studied. The results show that when the content of PEEK is 15wt% , the composite has the optimal combination property. The compressive strength increases nearly three times, the heat distortion temperature increases 42℃ and wear - resistance property is greatly improved compared with pure PTFE.%为研究聚醚醚酮对聚四氟乙烯复合保持架材料性能的影响,试验分析了聚醚醚酮添加量对聚四氟乙烯复合保持架材料的力学性能、摩擦磨损性能及热性能的影响.结果表明,添加的聚醚醚酮质量分数为15%时,聚四氟乙烯/聚醚醚酮复合保持架材料综合性能最佳,与纯聚四氟乙烯相比,抗压强度提高近3倍,热变形温度提高42℃,耐磨性能也显著改善.
