动车组滚动轴承非线性动力学特性分析

         

摘要

基于转子动力学和非线性动力学理论,建立了CRH1型动车组滚动轴承-车轴耦合系统非线性动力学模型,采用数值方法分析了不同工况下动车组轴承-车轴耦合系统的动力学响应与非线性特性,得到了加、减速过程中该系统的时域图、轴心轨迹、相图及Poincare映射图.仿真结果表明:动车组在加、减速过程中,轴承-车轴耦合系统处于混沌状态,振动比较剧烈,轴心轨迹表现为一种类随机运动,并且不同速度下系统的振动特性有所差异.%The nonlinear dynamic model of CRH1 rolling bearings and axle coupling system is established based on rotor dynamics and nonlinear dynamics theory.The dynamic response and nonlinear characteristics of the coupling system under different operating conditions are investigated through numerical method,and the nonlinear response charts are obtained for the coupling system including time domain chart,axis trajectory,phase diagram and Poincare maps in the process of acceleration and deceleration.The simulation results show that rolling bearings and axle coupling system is chaotic when multiple unit trains are in the process of acceleration and deceleration,and the vibration is serious.The axis trajectory presents a random movement,the vibration characteristics of system present differences at different speeds.
