基于ANSYS的浮环动静压轴承中浮环的有限元分析

         

摘要

基于ANSYS建立了浮环的实体模型、网格划分、加载承载力和约束条件,求解得到浮环的应力和应变结果.仿真结果表明:当主轴转速不太高、偏心率不大时,浮环的变形量极其微小,对轴承油膜厚度影响可以忽略不计,将浮环看作刚体可以满足要求;而当转速较高、偏心率大于0.6时,必须考虑浮环变形量对油膜厚度的影响.%The floating ring's solid model, meshing, load and.constraint condition are built based on ANSYS, and the stress and strain results of floating ring are solved. The simulation results show that the deformation of floating ring is small compared with the minimum oil film thickness and can be ignored under low rotating speed of spindle and small eccentricity ratio, the floating ring is considered as rigid body, which can satisfy the demand. While under high rotating speed and the larger eccentricity ratio( more than 0.6), the influence of floating ring deformation on oil film thickness must be considered.
